Preoperative required reading

1. Avoid menstruation as much as possible.

Postoperative nursing

0-3 days of severe swelling
Recovery hints: There may be ecchymosis around the eye in the early stage after operation and the swelling is obvious within 2-3 days.
Nursing methods:
1.  After surgery, the surgical area should be wrapped with small gauze for 24 hours;
2. Ice can be applied for 15-20 minutes within 72 hours after operation, usually no more than 30 minutes, once every 3-4 hours.

4. Take anti-inflammatory drugs to prevent infection.

4- 7 days of fast detumescence period 

Recovery hints: swelling disappears and the ecchymosis gradually turns pale yellow.

Nursing methods:

1. Keep the wound clean and dry, and do not touch water for 7 days.

2. Rest properly and do more eye-opening exercises to promote the early absorption of surgical congestion.

3. When you sleep, raise the pillow so that the head position is higher than the heart position, which helps to improve swelling.

8-30 days of tissue recovery period

Recovery hints: Most people reduce their swelling by 90% after 15 days, and they are basically normal for about 1 month.

Nursing methods:

1. Avoid eating pepper and other irritating foods, prohibit drinking and smoking;

2. Those who wear contact lenses should not wear contact lenses 2 weeks after operation.

31-90 Days of Stable Effect Period

Recovery tips: naked eye appearance recovery, obvious effect, tissue and bone tissue recovery needs at least 3 months, patiently waiting for recovery.

Nursing methods:

1.3 months to avoid the strong pushing and pressing;

2. If you have any discomfort, please come to the hospital in time for reexamination.
