The surgery was performed under local anesthesia. We began by making small incisions around her waistline and lower abdomen. Tumescent liposuction was then used to break down the fat cells before suctioning them out. This technique allowed us to safely remove large volumes of fat while minimizing trauma to the surrounding tissues.
